Delegation led by Head of RA NA Civil Contract Faction Hayk Konjoryan is on a working visit in Cyprus

On May 2, within the framework of the visit to the Republic of Cyprus the Head of the RA NA Civil Contract Faction Hayk Konjoryan, deputies of the Faction Vladimir Vardanyan, Rustam Bakoyan, Arusyak Manavazyan, Karen Hambardzumyan and Hayk Tsirunyan met with the President of the country Nikos Christodoulides.

The President of the Republic of Cyprus very highly appreciated the brotherly relations between Armenia and Cyprus. The high level of inter-parliamentary cooperation was mutually underlined, and the new perspectives of deepening them were discussed. The delegation presented to the President of the Republic of Cyprus the issue of deploying an illegal checkpoint on the Lachin Corridor.

The sides discussed the ongoing peace process with Azerbaijan, the existing challenges and the ways of their solution.
