Accompanied by the museum’s director, Maria Papanastasiou, and curator Regina Katsimardou, Ambassador Mkrtchyan was introduced to the museum’s permanent and temporary exhibitions dedicated to the Greek Revolution and the history of Greek independence, as well as the story of the refugees following the 1922 Smyrna catastrophe.
