Meeting of Ambassador of Armenia to Greece Tigran Mkrtchyan with Greek Minister of Health Adonis Georgiadis

The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Greece, Mr. Tigran Mkrtchyan, met with the Minister of Health of Greece, Mr. Adonis Georgiadis.

Ambassador Mkrtchyan expressed his gratitude to Mr. Georgiadis for the meeting and proposed intensifying contacts with the Armenian side aimed at enhancing cooperation in the field of healthcare. In particular, reference was made to studying the Greek experience in organizing healthcare services in the field of primary healthcare. The importance of establishing cooperation with the National Public Health Organization of Greece was also emphasized.

Mr. Adonis Georgiadis, welcoming Ambassador Mkrtchyan, reaffirmed the readiness of the Greek side to consistently develop multifaceted bilateral cooperation with friendly Armenia.

Ambassador Mkrtchyan conveyed the open invitation of the Armenian side to host Mr. Adonis Georgiadis in Armenia in the near future.
