Visit of Zavarian School Students to the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in Greece

On January 13, 2026, the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in Greece hosted students of the 5th and 6th grades of the Zavarian School, the teaching staff, and the school principal, Mrs. Haykanush Minasian, within the framework of a series of visits by Armenian-oriented schools operating in Athens.

The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Greece, Mr. Tigran Mkrtchyan, warmly welcomed the students, wishing them success in their studies, new achievements throughout the year, unity, love, and peace. The Ambassador encouraged the children to visit Armenia frequently and to always maintain a close connection with their homeland.

The Zavarian School students performed New Year’s and traditional Armenian songs, as well as dances.

The event concluded in a warm atmosphere, during which the students received sweets produced by the Armenian brand “Mark Sevouni.
