Ambassador Tigran Mkrtchyan Meets with the Founding President of the Hermes Institute, Ioannis Karambelas

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Greece Tigran Mkrtchyan met with Ioannis Karambelas, Founding President of the “Hermes” Institute for International Relations, Security and Geoeconomics.

During the meeting, the parties discussed details of the Embassy’s cooperation with various Greek think tanks and reached an agreement to develop cooperation with the newly established institute as well.

Ambassador Mkrtchyan presented details of the “Yerevan Dialogue” international forum, highlighting the successful organization of its third edition, which was attended by representatives of a number of Greek think tanks. The Delphi Economic Forum, a partner of the “Yerevan Dialogue,” also co-organized a special panel discussion with the participation of the President of the Republic of Armenia.

The meeting also addressed developments in Armenia’s foreign policy, as well as issues of strategic importance to Greece.
